We said good bye to an old friend this weekend.
Mike sold the Suzuki that one of his buddies gave him (for free) a few years ago. This bike was stored in a barn for 7 years and when Mike got it he had to remove a mice nest from the engine. He got it running within two days and it has been a good little bike. It's the one he rides when there's a chance of rain. One of the guys at his work wanted a bike so Mike sold it to him. I hope he takes good care of it. It's not the prettiest bike on the block but it runs well.

Wow I am surprised Mike sold it with the price of gas, going thru the roof. But, oh well, he will be safer in the car.

Actually this is just one of 4 motorcycles that were residing in our garage. We have the 1960 Triumph dirt bike that was my Uncle Gary's. He also has a Honda, Nighthawk and a CBR. So the only thing that is keeping him from riding to work are the thunderstorms.
