Here are the rest of the pictures from last Friday (Feb. 20th) when Joe came over to spend the day with us. Paige and Megan were so thrilled to have Joe over that when their friends invited them over after school to play, they told that they were not available until after Joe went home. So I guess Joe ranks!

I had Joe and Rebel outside when the kids got off the school bus. All the neighbor kids thought we got a new dog. Paige and Megan told them that we just had Joe for the day doing some dog sitting. Lisa from down the street was so impressed with how big and beautiful Joe is. She has a white boxer and he has severe food allergies so he is on the skinny side. She was even more impressed when I told her that Joe had been diagnosed with a brain tumor and that he just finished treatments in January. He is such a good looking and sweet dog for all he has endured.

I think Joe was missing Aunt Deb a little, since she has pretty much been with him full time since Oct. when all his health problems started. He was a tiny bit whiny but nothing a head pat or back rub wouldn't cure. Then when the girls got home he was all about playing. He really liked Rowdy and Rebels bowling ball and bowling pin.

Here are the rest of the photos from our sleepover at Aunt Debs the weekend before last. After our incredible dinner we watched "Mary Poppins". Can you believe that Deb had never seen it before. I can't even count how many times I have seen it, I just love Mary she's practically perfect in every way. It was so funny when we sat down to watch the movie Joe got up and snuggled with me and Rebel made himself at home on Debs lap. By the end of the movie Rebel had snuggled up with Paige and Megan had taken Rebels spot with Deb.

In the morning Megan built a blanket fort that she shared with Paige.

Here is the wonderful breakfast that Deb made for us. An omelette with mushrooms, three cheese blend from Trader Joes, and leeks. It was yummy! She also made the potato casserole from the night before into these fantastic potato cakes.

Happy Groundhogs Day!

Here are some more shots from last week....Paige playing her clarinet on Wednesday a.k.a. snow day while Megan sits in the rocking chair chilling out after playing with her friends all afternoon.

Here are the boys, barking at each other. Rebel wanted to play and Rowdy was not having any of it!

Then Megan announced that she needed a hug so I sat in the rocker with her and hugged and we took some silly pictures. She is a pro at making silly faces...I have no idea where she gets that from?

Me and Rebel having a snuggle on Thursday night, we were watching the Wii action.

About 10 minutes before the bus pulled up on Friday morning we had some big snow flakes flying down out of the sky. By the time I headed into work (about 30 minutes later) the sun was shining.
